Kuala Lumpur Illustration Fair is parking a shop inside the new mall. Offset by KLIF occupies Ground Floor lots G-08, G-09 and G-10 from 28 August to 1 October 2026 — five weeks, not a weekend booth.
KLIF is the city’s illustration fair (the 2026 main weekend was 1–3 May at GMBB). Offset is the lingering retail format: a room of prints, zines, pins and small goods from local illustrators, billed on the Ombak experience calendar as a promotions-and-events pop-up. The fair has said it is offering space at Ombak on Level G for local artists to show work. Named resident artists rotate; do not expect the May GMBB floor plan to repeat here.
Why it is useful if you are already in the mall
It is one of the few non-F&B reasons to linger on Ground through September, after Merdeka weekend is over and before the Nintendo and Pokémon stores open on 12 September. Browse is free; you pay for paper. Hours have not been posted separately from the mall, so plan around 10:00 AM–10:00 PM and ask the desk if you are going late.
Pair it with Galeri PETRONAS The First Glimpse on the same visit if you want two art stops without leaving the building. The full Galeri is still a 2027 project; this is the preview plus a commercial illustration room, not a substitute for the four-level gallery.
